Anti-Corruption Training

All employees including Senior Management, Management, and Executive & Non-Executive personnel completed anti-corruption training during FY2026

Governance Compliance

The Group recorded no confirmed incidents of corruption and maintained corruption risk assessments across all operations.

Zero Privacy Breaches

No substantiated customer privacy complaints or customer data loss incidents were recorded during the reporting period.

Economic value distributed increased to RM102.6 million, supporting sustainable business growth and stakeholder value creation.

PEOPLE & COMMUNITIES

ENRA remains committed to fostering a safe workplace, investing in employee development and creating meaningful social value for the communities where we operate. During FY2026, the Group maintained strong safety performance, enhanced workforce capabilities and supported initiatives that positively impacted local stakeholders.

Occupational Health & Safety

Health and safety induction and training were provided to 126 personnel to support a safe and healthy working environment across the Group.

Zero Workplace Fatalities

The Group recorded zero work-related fatalities and maintained a Lost Time Incident Rate (LTIR) of nil during FY2026.

Community Investment

ENRA invested RM14,850 in community initiatives, positively impacting approximately 150 beneficiaries during FY2026.

ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP

ENRA is committed to responsible environmental management through efficient resource utilisation, emissions monitoring and compliance with applicable environmental regulations. During FY2026, the Group continued to monitor greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption and waste management performance across its operations.

Scope 1: Emission

Direct greenhouse gas emissions were recorded at 7 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO₂e) during FY2026.

Water Consumption

Water consumption was maintained at 0.03 megalitres through responsible resource management and operational efficiency measures.

Waste Diversion

A total of 0.08 metric tonnes of waste was diverted from disposal through waste reduction and recycling initiatives.

Environmental Compliance

No environmental, waste-related or water-related regulatory non-compliance incidents were recorded during FY2026.
